Brokers also believe that it is important to
remember that we have a social responsibility to our fellow
man. Such responsibility should not be restricted to those
projects where we can score BEE points, but also to where we
can lend a helping hand.
More recently, we had the
privilege of donating a vehicle filled with much needed
blankets and bibles to the Cornelius Bediening organization.
This organization works in the Northern Cape amongst the
poorest of the poor, teaching people about the Bible and the
love of God. They also help to feed the poor and undertake
Aids education.
While they receive a small grant from
the EU, this is not enough to cover their costs so, our
BIGHEARTED Chief Executive Officer, Louis Van Zyl, decided
that this was the perfect opportunity to give back to the
community.
